Broken Silence

This support group is specifically for family and friends who have survived the suicide of a loved one.

When? 1st Tuesday of each month, 5:30 – 7:00 PM

Continuum (Virtual)

This bimonthly support group is for those who have accessed other grief support services and are continuing to grieve the loss of a loved one.

When? 1st Thursday of each month, 5:15 PM

Death Cafe

Let’s talk about life by talking about death. Death Café is a welcoming space where people can gather to discuss death-related topics openly and comfortably — over coffee, tea, and cake! This isn’t a grief support group or a counseling session. It’s a casual, participant-led conversation designed to help us reflect on death so we can live our lives more fully. Come as you are and bring your curiosity. No agenda, no judgment—just meaningful conversation.

When? 4th Thursday of each month, 10:30 – 11:30 AM
Where? Bowman Library, Stephens City, VA
