Individual Counseling

We understand that grief is unique and personal. Our team of expert grief counselors can support you through the difficult times around or following the loss of a loved one. Individual sessions with one of our counselors could give you an opportunity to process your loss and learn to cope.

Support Groups

When dealing with the loss of a loved one, support of others who are experiencing similar events can be helpful. We organize grief & loss support groups to bring people together and process our loss together.

Children’s Programs

After experiencing loss, children can process grief in many different ways. We offer specialized programs to support kids cope with loss and grief after the death of a loved one.

Through a combination of group discussion, guided activities and exercises, and individual reflection led by our experienced grief counselors, our workshops offer a space for healing and growth.
