The grief journey can feel like wandering through a wilderness of hurt, confusion, and sadness among other unsettling emotions. Join us to meet others grieving the death a loved one and explore the path forward after loss.
Participants will be provided a copy of Understanding Your Grief by Dr. Alan Wolfelt as a guiding material through “the ten essential touchstones for finding hope and healing your heart.” Suggested donation of $15 to cover supplies.
This workshop is held at our Front Royal Community Resource Center on Thursdays, April 18, 25 and May 2, 9, 16, 23 from 2:00 PM – 3:15 PM.
