Grief support counselors will facilitate a discussion of Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner. In this New York Times Notable Book of the Year, the author shares her story of growing up in Oregon as a Korean-American. After her mother becomes terminally ill, she reconnects with her heritage. Her memoir explores the powerful connection of food and memory and explores the factors that shape identity. Discussion will occur either in-person or via Zoom.
