***UPDATE: 9/21/23***
The ‘One More Song’ Concert & Tribute Celebration fundraising event at the Monument is scheduled to take place as originally planned — despite the unfortunate news of The Monument closing its doors.
We are saddened that our community is losing such a unique event venue and our thoughts go out to those affected by its closing. We thank The Monument’s amazing team for working with us to continue organizing this event benefiting Blue Ridge Hospice’s vital mission.
‘One More Song’ now holds even more special significance. Not only will the event be a meaningful celebration of music, community, and remembrance, it’s also a farewell to The Monument — ‘One More Song’ will be the final public event. You won’t want to miss it.

About The Event
For over four decades, Blue Ridge Hospice has compassionately cared for those at the end of life’s journey or affected by grief and loss in the northern Shenandoah Valley and northwestern Virginia. With four board-certified Music Therapists on staff, music is an integral part of Blue Ridge’s identity — what could be a better way to celebrate the power of music and the heartwarming impact Blue Ridge Hospice makes in our communities?
Transcending music, this gathering embraces the fullness of life and healing power of remembrance. Throughout the evening, there will be opportunities to remember and pay tribute to loved ones who are no longer with us.
Come and be a part of a night of meaningful connection and music that echoes with purpose by purchasing your tickets now! The Monument is generously donating ticket sales proceeds to Blue Ridge Hospice in support of their remarkable mission. Let’s make a difference together!
