Caley’s career in healthcare administration spanned more than 35 years. Prior to his retirement, he was President of the Winchester Medical Center. He previously served in several positions in the Roanoke area.

Caley was a member of the founding Board of Blue Ridge Hospice and has served for many years since that time. Other charitable activities include Board member and Chairman of Timber Ridge School in Frederick County, Chairman of Red Cross capital campaign which built the existing building for Red Cross, President of the Winchester/Frederick County Chamber of Commerce. Member and former President of the Winchester Kiwanis Club, and various other activities.
Caley received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson State University and his MHA in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
