If you are located within our service area, your care team will visit you to provide hospice care. We will come to your private residence, retirement community, assisted living facility, skilled nursing facility, or wherever else you may call home. Our headquarters are located in the building of the former Winchester Memorial Hospital, in Winchester, Virginia. This is also where our own inpatient care center is located.
Blue Ridge Hospice’s headquarters are in Winchester, Virginia. We serve the counties of Frederick, Clarke, Warren, Shenandoah, Rappahannock, Page, Northern Fauquier, Loudoun and the City of Winchester.
