The following employment opportunities are available:Clinical Positions Case Managers, Home Care – Full Time Positions• Position involves travel, within a specified local territory, to patient homes to provide direct patient care and education to Hospice patients and their caregivers Hospice and Palliative Medicine Physician – Full TimeBlue Ridge Hospice, well respected, well established not-for-profit hospice serving the Shenandoah Valley for 30 years, and its affiliate, Palliative Medicine Consultants, is seeking to recruit a Hospice/Palliative Care Physician. This individual will practice in collaboration with Hospice home care interdisciplinary teams and perform hospital-based palliative care consultations. The physician will assist in future development of the palliative care program and demonstrate the desire to champion palliative care. Job Responsibilities: • Provide inpatient and outpatient palliative consults. Qualifications: • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy licensed to practice medicine in the state of Virginia. |
